Our Satisfaction Promise
If your sign arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a full refund.
Return Process
1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery atsupport@metalnook.comwith your order number and a photo of the issue.
2. We review your request within 1-2 business days and provide next steps.
3. Resolution — we will either issue a replacement or process a full refund to your original payment method.
Important Notes
- Because each sign is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect personalization details entered at checkout. Please double-check your spelling and sizing before ordering.
- If we made an error in the personalization, we will replace it at no cost.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
