Metal Nook specializes in custom metal signs made to order. All products are handcrafted from 16 gauge steel and personalized according to your specifications. Because each item is made to order, please review your personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay through our secure payment processor.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Production time is typically 3-5 business days, and delivery time is typically 3-7 business days after production. Total delivery time is typically 6-12 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

5. Cancellations and Returns

Because each sign is custom-made to your specifications, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
